Due to the nature of our handmade soaps, we cannot accept returns on used products. However, if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right!

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@betteraw.com within 5 days of delivery, including a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started processing your order.
